"Sarah" was purchased from Karen Broadus of Marquis Kennels in 1984. I waited 1 1/2 years for a black tri bitch to use with my beloved "Prize". The litter was born, 3 black tri girls, 1 blue merle girl and a few black tri boys. Matt and I made the trip - 13 hours one way to Louisiana to look at the litter. I fell headlong in love with that blue merle girl. After much pleading, Karen agreed to let her come to my house. "THANK YOU KAREN BROADUS". Sarah was a one of a kind producer. She was my foundation bitch and I owe my entire bloodline that I built to her. I could breed her to anything and come up with consistent beautiful puppies.
